All CPA networks generally ask for a URL of an existing site, what does this site need to be?

Can it be a basic subdomain? Could it even be the URL im using to promote my CB products?

Also what do I need to tell them over the phone to get accepted?

    1. They'd like to see websites that have been established, has legitimate content and appears to be monetized whether by adsense, banners or text ads for affiliate products. If you have website in a niche that is suitable for CPA offers, it looks even better, for example Loans or mortgage, credit card debts, or even weight loss.

    2. As for ever the phone, you just need to tell them that you're experienced in PPC marketing.

    More tips:

    - Don't use free emails. If you have your own domain name, use it for your email. It's more
    professional.

    - Apply with a Business Name
    - Be easy to contact. Most CPA Network application ask for your user id for AIM, Yahoo, MSN instant messenger services.

    Hope that helps.

Yes, as long as it shows some kind of monetizing you should be ok.
