Not sure, I need to investigate it a little more. Traffic is back up to what it was in the beginning of April with some sites and others are stronger than ever. Will find out more and post up here To bad Adsense earnings are a fluke! (#1 Rule with making money online: DIVERSIFY. TRUST ME.)
Yeah, I got hammered real bad at the end of April - one of my sites, top page of Google, dropped like a stone. Things are steadily improving for me now.
same here.. I lost 3/5 of my traffic since the end of april. Last 2 days google seems to be making a rebound. Still not as much as it was, but an improvement over the last week or so. May 3rd and 4th were absolutely horrible google days
Mine has just gotten worse, when it started at least I still ranked for some keywords. Now four of my sites don't even rank for the domain name.
Nothing spectacular compared to my normal traffic from SE (a lot of my traffic is also direct/type-in), but I am in the same boat as flood... there is some sort of rebound but things are just going up and down. Can't wait till this is over!
same here. my site dropped from pr5 to pr6 and all the organic traffic dissappered. Its only today i am starting to see the organic traffic again.Not sure why coz google last crawled my site on 2 may
Unfortunate that it seems to have missfired since my sites are all very unique and relevant, and the SERP has been taken over by mostly trash.
My organic searches dropped from about 35% to 25% and now has come back to a little over 30%. I'm doing some tuning to make the site more appealing. It takes time, but I think that Google is basically looking to get the best content to its users, and is doing a pretty good job (much better than the other search engines). Only I have to do a better job. Rich
Waiting for Mid-May to get some solid stats together, but it's nice to read that others have also seen some increase in their organic traffic. I was getting a little worried!
