for alexa..

    no alexa work automatically - they will crawl and rank your website automatically

    yup it did..hah i tookt he time for my first site to do all those steps so i can get into alexa..i had to verify my site and all that..pain in the butt

    um...u don't have to verify it. Alexa will eventually find your site by itself.

    You don't have to verify that your website is YOURS, but it could be helpful, because you will be able to change the information about your site in ALEXA.

    My sites Alexa is below 10K and i didn't Listed it's yet to Alexa it's work automatically just try to improved your traffic.

    There is no need to get your site verified with Alexa. Even there is no option either that you need to verify site in Alexa.

    Fact: Even a day old site or even under construction site gets some Alexa ranking and i am wondering how it happens.
