For Adsense Experts, Would This Site Be Allowed

Hey,

I've been accepted by google 2 years ago, and i was wondering if site like these are allowed by googles policies:

http://se.adbie.com/

for example type any keyword "Internet" for instance look at the results...will this type of site be allowed,//?

Also if you want to check the outcome of this question i've made a similar question on adsense forums,:

but it takes a long time to be answered, so please leave an answer....

 

yes, you should be fine for adsense
it looks like it's built for adsense as well

 

but so far i've heard that:
1- Sites with no content are not allowed
2- Site that are primarly made for adsense are not allowed,

I could resolve this problem by:
1- creating a normal site and adding the search engine at the top,..

and also another question...
Are spidered adsense search engines allowed.??/

for example when someone searches Download free movies, he gets Yoursite.com/y_download_free_movies
automatically
