The only thing that I can see is that when you click on a category it is not very clear that you have to click on the product title to view full details. Maybe your browsers are not getting to the main description. Try placing a more info.. link or each image. One other thing that did not seem right s the website seems to have lost its feet. What I mean by that is there is nothing at the base of your website, just a blank space. You do not even display any copyright notice.
