    Hi,

    I developed a site - it was launched in February. All its content is 100% original and it is extremely niche. Most traffic comes via UK but international visitors are on the increase.

    I have lots more content of the same quality to add.

    I have a google adsense account for the site but have been unable to add them. Now, another site I am working on is demanding all of my time and I have been unable to develop the site under discussion. (Despite this its visitor number this week are excellent).

    If someone would develop and maintain the site for me and monetise it with my google adsense account I would give them 40% of the revenue.
