    Hi everyone,

I recently registered and deveopled the domain:
    http://www.footiefotos.co.uk
I also have fotofooties.com (which has a 301 redirect to the co.uk site).

I was hoping to have a large userbase for the worldcup but i've not had time to promote it. However, i did spend a bit of money buying good inbound links and its now showing a PR4.

With the new football(soccer) season soon starting what would you rate the site price at for both the footiefotos.co.uk and footiefotos.com name.

    Thanks
    Peter

Did you buy footyphotos as well? If not, a good proportion of people hearing about the site will go to the wrong place.

    Hi PokerProfile

no footiephotos.co.uk was already registered, which is why i registered the fotos domains.

I dont think its that bad a domain giving that the following sites do pretty good with the domain:
    freefoto.co.uk
    fotothing.com

    Thanks
    Peter

Ack, I didn't mean that. It was the spelling of "footie" that I was concerned about. I think fotos is fine.

You forgot to end this tag:

    <meta NAME="robots" CONTENT="FOLLOW,INDEX"

Anyway, it's alright and depends on the buyer, if the buyer is a football fan then obviously it will go for more.

It might be valuable for a foot fetish site.

Is footie a European thing? I have never heard soccer referred to in that way.

'Footie' is a common expression in the UK as referring to football (soccer to you Yanks ;-))

Footyfotos.co.uk was the site I was referring to in my last post - it seems to be owned by someone called Steve Bridge.

    Footie Fotos:

Develop it into a site and it just might work out, but I am not sure if many people would want to see Soccer photos, unless you have em in High Res and great quality

Mid $xx as of now, make a site and based on its success its value would be then calculated. This is not a niche to put hands on though, I suggest you try selling the domain itself and if it goes for anything mid $xx, sell it. Dont try making a site, it will most likely waste time

Do you think its mid $xx for both the .co.uk(PR4) and .com(PR0) together.
