Footer misplaced in IE and Opera... :-(

    I am making a new theme for my site...

    http://www.groupptc.com/ptc

    The theme works fine in FireFox but doesn't produce the desired results in IE or in Opera... the footer seems to be misplace while using Opera and IE... can you guys please help me out... I am a total newbie in these topics... if you need to see the codes just tell me... I can upload it for you guys too see... :)

    what is it not doing for you? it looks the same to me in IE and FF except for the fonts are styles differently.
