Ok, well when they have your adsense account terminated and file a DMCA to have your site delisted from all search engines (which costs them nothing) - don't come back crying. They won't chase you - a court order to any of your former hosts will disclose who owns the site (and they host MUST give them you payment information all IP information). They could also get the information from the domain registrar (who will remove your privacy will a challenge). They could then sue you personally in whatever country you live - even Malaysia. Right now you are just in the beginning stages with a form letter from a service they use that won't do anything - what until it goes to the Premier League attorneys - that's when it will get nasty.
trust me I wont cry simply because. If they have that kind of power. most of streaming sites will be down. one of them called myp2p. about adsense account. even if I got banned from adsense. I can use adbright. if not adbright I will use bidvertiser etc... I dont care coz I'm not getting that good money from them.. so screw it I will allow people to put their banners on the site. this time they cannot ban anything. they will keep crying and crying till they get tired and sleep like a baby.. so mate do you have any other Ideas of how they can get me and sue me? btw, payment made by paypal. my webhost provider didn't require any info about me no real name no phone number nothing and they allow everything except child porn. The person who owns the domain (behind the privacy) can easily be found. If the information is false, then it's grounds to lose the domain. PayPal must disclose account ownership with a court order. IP address of who upload the site, etc., etc. Google adsense ownership (along with all earning the site has ever generated). Trust me, you are nearly as smart as you think - not even close. Finding out who is benefiting from the site is a piece of cake. My guess is that you have hardly any net worth (probably because you can't come up with an original idea) - so you think you're safe. If you will always be broke, then I guess it's true that you have little to lose.

To clear things up: it is illegal to stream infringement material, AND it is illigal to spread infringement material. So unless you want to go to jail for about 3 years for copyright/infringement be my guest, otherwise shut it down immediately!
To me this seems seriuos but in the other hand how many other sites they deal with every week that does the same thing? ..probably many in my opinion so i dont think they will hunt you in every step you take but if they maybe decide to hunt you down then they will find you even if you are on hide host, anonym domain ect and the reason for this is they got the money and laywers ect to do it. if i where you i would shut it down but if you want to ceep it so badly then you better start cleaning up your history with the domain /site /hosting as soon as possible. but i think that you already have done it, but for me to get this email and to go to sleep every night thinking , will police come tomorow? or feds ect, i cant handle that shit so i would close it down. And yes this isnt prison break but its reality If they decide to hunt you they WILL , trust me look at Oink/TPB/Swedvdr Ect . .
