    2 year old site.
    Revenue is currently $0 as i dont have the time to update the site enough to increase the traffic.

    I have arrange for a few articles to be written and can see an increase in traffic already - maybe an extra 100 uniques for less than 10 articles in a month.

    I can provide the buyer with contact details of the person currently writing the articles but he is doing it for a small percentage of any revenue the site makes.

    Ive had a few queries.
    When i had the site being updated on a more regular basis, the income was around $15 per month, i think a month or 2 of updates on a more regular basis will get it to that point, then who knows where in the future.
