    Hi! Im looking to sell my football site www.footyvideos.net It's very very easy to run this site. Adding/moderating videos is also very easy and takes only few seconds.


    Whats included in the price:

    1) joomlart.com premium template: 60$
    2) template is fully customized by professional designer: $35
    3) video script(including modules and plugins): $65
    4) Header and logo designed by hired professional: $55
    5) Domain(expires in ~1 year) : $8
    6) forum: 49$ (i was lucky and got i while it was available for free, but they don't offer this forum for free anymore. you have to pay for it now)
    7) Hired forum poster team: $25


    Approximate amount invested in this site: $307 (huge amount of work and time spent, not included)
    BIN price: $165

    No way i would sell this site, but i need money, that's why im offering this site at such low price.
    As i said the site is is much much more worth than bin price.

    This is not an auction! Whoever comes first, can get this site for $165


    Site is brand new so no traffic or revenue at the moment.
