    site I have never managed to get around to doing anything with, its a one off unique template, eveything is set up to start your own tipping football service, paypal links are in place, members area, your own affiliate program set up & much more.

    Buyer must carry on with hosting & mailing service included with site, cost of this is only $25 per month

    no current revenue from site & no traffic, but I will provide 2 pr3 links to buyer of the site.

    no you do not have to use the hosting service, hosting costs only $10 but you do have to use the management service with the site which is $15 per month,
    I management service is actually excellent and if the site takes off would be agreat investment.
