football is healthy game its reason children upto greybeard play.where as Gym is not healthy for Children as well as greybeard .its costly also.
Why do people think that working out at the gym is not a natural way to exercise? Building your muscles, strength and cardio input is one of the most natural things that you can do with your body. Obviously comparing football to the gym is completely pointless simply due to the fact that they are two completely different styles of exercise.
I think both of them. They are complement each other. I confuse if ask which better. I think both of them is best.

Well to be honest they both have huge impacts on your body should you use them to their full potential. For instance I have been doing the gym now for several months and have lost a hell of a lot of body fat and put on a lot of muscle, but I had been neglecting football for some time and recently went out to discover that I had no stamina any more. I mean i was playing 5's with several mates and just thought I was dead after only just an hour. My whole body aches right now from it so I am really considering starting to go out runs etc at the weekend and see what benefits that will have on my body!
I guess that depends what you do down the gym! If you run on the treadmill and tone up nice but if you do anabolics then I'm pretty sure footie is better for ya! lol
