Both form for exercise is vital to get in shape!! Build muscles in the gym and train cardio and condition with football. Im at the gym 4-5 times a week and I play squash 2 times a week + cardio workout in the mornings. Also remember to eat right and stay away from junk food and soda. cheers, - kenny
I'm not sure I understand that question. If you play football you're gonna be spending half your time in the gym and half your time playing football, so isn't it kind of the same?
I think the gym because theres pretty much everything at my gym: tread mills, bikes, weights, etc. There something to work every part of your body and to keep you in shape.
Yes we have got a lot of thing in gym but its difficult to enjoy it as a sport as we enjoy football in the ground
