Football layout wanted

For an idea of the design im after please have a look at my sig.

http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/football/ as for the forums just a general forum layout is fine, similar to as is now.
I would like the main part to have 3 colums, Main Story, other stories

The maximum budget is $100.

I look forward to seing some designs.

I am gathering you need a coded layout with the attributes of the example sites..right? One of home page and a header for forum? Are you using a program for your forum?

 

I want a design that will look good as a website and forum, the site is running on wordpress as you can currently see, the forums are runnig on mybb.
Im prepared to pay upto $100 so if you make a design and you think it warrants $100 - quote me that. If i disagree i may try to barter or i may choose another design.

As for it being coded, if your prepared to code it with the maximum budget of $100 thats great - if not then i will work on the coding bit. Im just letting you know what the site runs on so you know what can and cant be done.
