I'm just sick of keep facing the same issue over and over again. I see a lot of channels violate Youtube policy in an obvious way and nothing has been done! For example, since when it's allowed for Youtube&Adsense users to upload football matches' goals which were recorded by companies that have their copyrights?!
Is doing a Top 10 Movies by showing some of their clips considered as a fair use? No, and they have millions of views..
So why are you complaining about them if you have not reported them???? YT are probably not are that they are violating policies!
You need to report them to youtube so that they can take appropriate action. They may ask proofs to make sure it is originally recorded by you. Most of people these days just get the videos from anywhere and upload to youtube to make them available to all. Its good in some way but if its copyrighted then you should definitely complain about it.
