    The site in question is Football Chat Forum

    It has a google PR3 and runs on Vbulletin and has VBSEO installed as well.

    The site does not currently have an income as you see there are no ads on the site.

    a few questions:

    is it an owned or leased vb license, is it included

    same question re. the vbseo license

    what traffic do you get ie. visitors per month in google analytics...
    ....last month, and last 6 months.

    how many pageviews did the site generate, again, last month and last 6 months.

    got a BIN idea in mind?
