Football Domain - 33,000 Searches in FEB.

I currently own the domain FootballLiverpool (dot) com. There were more than 33,000 searches in February alone for the term "Football Liverpool" according to Google Adwords Keyword tool. I am a big football fan myself and know that Liverpool have a lot more potential. There's no reason why they couldn't win the title next year should there current form continue.

There are two options:

1.) I'm a big football fan myself and although they're not my team I could easily write about them everyday. Which would lead me down the blog road.

2.) I could wait for them to do a bit better and sell the domain, or alternatively, sell it now.

Though this thread is not about the value of the domain, How much would you value it at?

Any recommendations, thoughts etc. for what you would do in my position?

Thanks. I actually found out there are more than 400,000 searches a month on Google.co.uk so I think I will develop it.

 

Yes..good choice..you will be able to make a lot and keep the domain as well..

 

My suggestion... develop it. You'll probably be able to build up a decent residual income.

 

Put it up for sale at one of the websites like Sedo, moniker and sell it only if you get a good price.. you can also use their Domain Appraisal tools.
