    Is it possible to upload your own image to google images,then name it someone that is popular,and use this way to get traffic from google images to your site? Because the other trick where you put a google image link on your website infringes the image holder's copyright so i don't want to do that.
    I want more traffic,because the more traffic i get,the higher my site will climb in search engine rankings.

    No you cant upload , they fetch automatically .

    Try using images that won't violate copyrights .
