    best thing is to do manual or semi totally automated get banned some times.

    If you want to keep the twitter account long term then I would do it manually, but if you are just wanting traffic then tweetattacks is good but you will experience a lot of bannings.

    Tweetbig is a very good manual tool, but its currently down. I wouldn't recommend using anything that is automated.
