Follow-up on Point of Clarification

The last time I inquired about my eligibility to post in the P&R (and, for that
matter, the rest of the higher level forums), I was told to review the FAQs.
After I did so, I thought the only remaining criterion that I should hurdle
since then is to wait until I become 14-day old in Digital Point. Having
initially enrolled last December 24, I am exactly 14 days today, January 7, 2009.
I tried to access one forum a little while ago, I was bumped off still. I continue
to be ignorant about why I am still not allowed to post in more important
forums. Can anybody please candidly explain to me on what criteria do I
yet have to undergo to elevate my qualifications. Thanks and I hope to be able to interact with some peers in more relevant and higher levels.
