Site Flipping Reminds me of the summer I spent rebuilding houses. VERY profitable if I'm to borrow the stories from my very enterprising friend in high school. He's developed a few forums/referral systems/apartment search apps and has gotten into restructuring/revamping/reselling dusty sites he'd buy and tweak. Good luck!

Yes you will but sometimes we will just post that we bought the site and you can simply see what we have bought and how we improve it and resell it for way more!

That all depends of the site and the quality of the website. Does it make revenue and does it get traffic? Those are all factors which are important for us to decide to sell your website since we don't want to waste our time on startup sites.
