Are there any Follow Exchange websites which don't have captcha to earn points? There is lot of efforts in solving captcha and later when follows/likes are revoked, efforts are wasted.
Are you sure that Follow Exchange is a good idea? It seems to me that it is much more convenient to use Instagram bots.
You should better use promotional tools with more complex influence on your account. There are many of them and they differ in the number of functions they offer. Check them - it will help you for sure.
But I don't think that they work really good all the time. As I've heard they have lots of bugs and you'll have to pass captcha manually from time to time.
Follow exchange is not the bet idea for gaining the audience and it doesn't work too fast. It will be a number of different people which are not really interested in your page and niche you promote. It's almost the same as buying bot followers which do nothing at all.
