Is there a list of directories with high pr ? If there, can i request it. My preference unpaid directories. Thank you.
There are tons and tons of lists floating around here. Seriously, just look around. Also, I'm sure in the next few days about 10 people will send you to their threads or blogs with lists of hundreds or thousands of directories. I suggest you start with the seo friendly web directory list. It's not perfect, but there's quite a few decent dirs in there. Check out info.vilesilencer.com for the list.

It's a pity that high PR of directories is considered to be something illegal and unnatural. Don't forget that many of noteworthy sites and directories have high PR that proves their popularity and therefore - frequency.
