    Please list Follow Blog Directories

Or make your blog a follow blog, and list it. It will increase your comments and page quality.

    Here is the first: http://www.followlist.com

Making your blog a follow blog is easy - it will attract more comments (along with tons of spam comments made just for the link juice) and in the end, you lose a lot of your PR too as outgoing links!

I wont try this, to be honest!

With a good spam blocker you can eliminate spam. If your blog is popular, you will receive spam. No Follow links have not stopped spammers from spamming entirely. With rules for posting (such as not sounding spammy or putting spammy links) your blog will gain more contributors who will benefit the content of your pages.

If you really lose PR by linking to other sites with follow links, how do directories rank well?

It's blog etiquette to give a follow link in exchange for a high quality conversation that people want to read right on your website.

Thanks for sharing, but I think having to delete spam posts is a waste of time.
Why not just drive traffic to your site and leave a question in the end of each of your posts for the visitors to answer?
    It works pretty well.

Like I said, I have a spam blocker. Changing it from nofollow to follow didnt make much of a difference. Also, I don't post anything on blogs who have nofollow unless I really like the blog, and if I really like the blog, it probably doesn't need me to add quality comments to it.

For blogs owners who want to increase traffic, change your blog to having do follow links. If you don't want to do extra work to delete extra spam, then just hire an SEO company to do the work.
