This is the first time I've seen how z-index actually works. Kind of reminds of actionscript. I've also wanted to try this out for content filling, but it looks to be for that company only.
Your site is very good. And i think you have to increase your site page rank. And also you can change your site color block to white or others. Anyway its just my opinion nothing any else.
I like the background color. But I don't really know what is something wrong. Maybe because to many light color at there: Green, blue and yellow. Try to enlarge the font title!
