Hi Prabha, Do you want continual streaming like on song after the other (this can be achieved through flash), but needs to be streamed via the browser. Or are you looking for live streaming (more like a radio, with you or your RJs talking and playing songs on demand and stuff). If it's the former a combination of XML/FLASH will do do it, but you can stream only a limited number of songs. And changing the structure will be a real pain. How ever your users have the liberty to rewind, forward or stop and then resume the strong. However, if it's the latter, you'll require a server with SSH access (preferably a linux server), you can stream using a simple DSP plugin with your winamp via an open source program called Shoutcast.
