Leaving soon for my first time ever visiting New Delhi, and India.

Already booked a trip to see the Taj Mahal.

Where are other local places I should go.? I would like to see what local life in New Delhi is like. :)

Last year, one of my friend had visited India and she told me that its really worth to watch lot of things. You need to have a perfect tourist guide or a friend who knows lots of stuff about the cities.
ALl the best for your journey ;)

India is a nice place and you can see a lot of good places. You need a good guide else you may end up in spending lot of money.

Goa is good but it'd be too hot this time. Kashmir especially, Leh-Laddak will be a good experience.

Delhi, for fort and emerging IT hub, Mumbai for bollywood of-course, but my favorite Indian City is Amritsar, Golden trample has largest cooking Vessels that run 24/7.
