Buying Flyer Design - to look like UK Currency (engraving)

We would like you to design a flyer inspired by the British twenty pound note:

This flyer must be designed from scratch. No part of the actual £20 note may be copied.

We would like you to include fine line printing patterns, a watermark area in the middle of the note, similar colour for the £20 in the top corners of the note, a fake security thread, and microprinting.

At first glance the flyer should look like a genuine £20 note but on closer inspection it should clearly be an advertisement for our client's website.

 

I'm still looking for someone to do this. My budget is $50.
