Buying Flyer design needed, need to get this done in 48 hours

I really need flyer designed. It is going to be a little involved, but the easy part is that I will be providing a sample so you don't have to guess as to what I want. It will need to be significantly modified, but it will give you a great idea of what I need.

I need to have this completed 48 hours after you accept the job.
