Who have even know about that? I find it is interesting, but why there is no ads network/program buy/sell fly in ads? why there is only some exchange network/program? do that format work?

just sign up with any ads (except adsense), and make the fly-in script yourself

Oooh, yeah, I guess you'd have to personally contact a publisher who would "fly your ad in."

I find these ads pretty annoying, and I thought webmasters didn't like them too much either as they are usually pretty bad for the surfer's experience.

I'm sure they have a pretty good CTR but I wonder how that converts?

I'm sure theres plenty of scripts around that can do that - personally I'm not a fan of the flying web stuff.

I agree, I think even interstitials are better than pop-up or fly-in type stuff. But some still want to try it and I think it should take its course. :D

I don't know about your site, it seem like a clicksor's reseller program?

We have Clicksor's logo temporarily, but completely independent from them
