I purchased and paid for this site and domain from the OP above and am still waiting for finalization of it so I can update the site and remove it from his servers! Promised was:

Since that date “I have” received the domain almost immediately and on checking the site admin there were serious errors with simple things like adding links and admin of the site fields (which basically means I need to start repairing stuff), I then requested the license to be transferred into my name (which was part of the deal) so that I could get the latest version and repair any damage to the site and return the templates to normal, additionally the adsense code has been embedded into the site templates, this site has already cost me hosting fee’s (in preparation) and I think I also renewed the domain name (need to check) SO:

This is formal public notice:
I now require my money back (including renewal if any) if not I will lodge a dispute with both DP and paypal and negative feedback, I am tired of waiting now and I am not getting any revenue from the site whilst on the OP servers and scripts are damaged! I paid you immediately mate and have waited patiently for over a month to do something that I just wanted to set up and leave without the extra work (I now find I have to do extra work) and I cannot seem to get the license from you? I have lost interest and want my money back!

I sold this site USING that script.

Off course when someone buy a script, edit some things and customize it as he needs.

You are saying that isn´t working?
The things that aren´t working, are the admin advertisements, because as i told you, i edit them DIRECTLY in the template.

I already sent an email to the support of that script, asking them to change the ownership of the domain+the LICENSE to you and your e-mail.

What can i do more?

 

I am not going to get into an argument about what is not functioning and what is on the site, I have asked http://www.phparcadescript.com/ how the site should operate and they have said (in conclusion) there must be damage to the scripts, you should not edit certain templates directly! This is for the program to insert codes via admin.

All I have required from you for quite a while now is “FluxArcade.com arcade site pr + license” as advertised in your thread heading (license being the operative word) and that which I have paid you (in part) for, so I can get the original scripts and repair the damage (that I did not want to do anyway) but still I have not received any response! In fact you ignored my PM yesterday!

I did not think and certainly do not want this hassle I have too much else to do so please let’s conclude this mate before we get too far down the road on principles, all I want is what I have paid you for, I think a new license is $30.00, so if you cannot get the license changed into my name so I can get the script another alternative is to refund me $30 so I can get a new one! Or take the whole thing back and refund my money + re-registration (if any) for the domain!

Irrespective of any of the faults on the site itself, So far the sale is not as described in the thread mate I simply want the license I have paid you for as part of the deal! Where is it?

BTW. Please stop ignoring my PM’S (I am not going to go away!) and if we cannot resolve this and we all start bringing principles into play I WILL SHOUT EVEN LOUDER! I would like to receive that promised and that I bid for in this thread.

Once you have done this I can then set about downloading the site “again” moving it on to the new server and repairing the site, and maybe get some income from it, which BTW you have been receiving for the last four weeks!

 

I contacted the msn support of the script, he said he sent 2 times the original source code of the script to you.

He also said that the license in their servers are in your name, so if you have troubles, just contact them, i add him on msn and in 5 minutes i knowed this, why can´t you do that?
