Today I read in news paper that there is fast development in the coastal Somalia with money from Pirates. There is lot of developmental activity going on in Somalia with the pirated money and new pirates are being created everyday. Recently there has been lots of pirates from Somalia. May be it is their response to the poverty to the world. Any comment?
