I have tons of questions about my site: http://www.homeloanhawaii.com I am looking for SEO suggestions.. (Besides the obvious that there are a broken link or two) The Main problem is this: I am targeting the key word phrases Home loan Hawaii Hawaii Home Loan Hawaii Home Loans Totally happy w/ Yahoo Serps: number 1 or number 2 Google is Another Story For Home Loan Hawaii i am consistently in the top 10 on G. The other two terms fluctuate at every little change it seems.. Both terms have place in the top 10 at some point and averages at position 12, but recently i don't know what i did, but 1 term drifted into the 20's. What i really wanted to do was start to rank for another term like: Hawaii Mortgage Loan but i cant even keep the other 2 stable so i guess i would like that to happen first. Here's what i think i know... Yes I am using some flash, i know it's not recog. by google. I am using an ext. CSS to control the Heading tags' size I have 1 H1 tag, 1 h2 tag, 1 h3 tag , 1 h4 tag... believing that having more than one H1 tag or H2 tag "waters down" the value. I have a current PR5 I am always looking for links.. I am evening trimming non related links (i use to link to everyone) I use Link Trader and Link Partners to help w/ links. HELP!!! WHAT ELSE CAN I DO??? WHAT AM I DOING WRONG Questions i have are about Keyword density??? Am i using too much? not enough? Am i too repetitive for my ALT tags on my images? please help! ps: im not using Adsense... so im not in competition w/ most
Visit http://www.seo-guy.com/ and read his tutorial. It'll help with all your questions and then some. You haven't mentioned anchor text. It's the most important aspect. Look into it. JL
I understand the basic concept of anchor text and i did read the tutorial... thanks.. On Mcdars tool, i rank fairly high on anchor text because the keywords are actually in my domain name. I am looking into making the top section of the html code "keyword heavy" as suggested in the SEO GUY Tutorial.. thanks again.
maybe you should contact a Honolulu SEO j/k I suggest raising your back links from related sites (I've got a couple I can exchange with if you need any.)
