Before 2 days my site is getting ranked on first page. The keyword is "optimized flash website", and now today i am not able to find it in top 10 pages. I am not getting what Google SERP algorithm is doing with SERPs. Can any one help me?

Your blog has no or very little trust. Its very normal to see a new post get ranked very high on the results only to see it being yanked into nowhere. My advice is to forget checking your positions and keeping posting on that blog. Interact with other bloggers who will hopefully link to what you are posting about.
Yeah it is natural that my blog has very little or no trust as i have started blogging and also optimization of my site recently. Just you can say i have started withing 1 or 2 months. But i was surprised when i show my blog on first page. So i have started checking positioning and all.

Yeah its very normal and can be good to gain a trickle of traffic for a few days. You'll see this more and more as you post new posts and at a certain point their positions will stick.
