Fluctuating results in search terms?

    Hi there,

    This is my first post in this forum nice to be a member here I plan to stay around for a while. :)

    I was wondering simply, what would be the general reason for fluctation in general search terms.

    I have got a site and we was number 1 in jobs for a long time indeed then over like the past 5 days we went to page 4 now we are back on number 1 this is in google.

    What would be the reason for this? :confused:
