Fluctuating Data 2.50% CTR, 30 Days, 30.06 Bucks.

So basically I'm averaging a buck per day. But some days I get like .07 cents (i.e. today) and other days I'm making big money(thats like 4 bucks for me). I was wondering if you guys could take a look at my site and offer me some optimization tips - color, placement, etc.

I'm running this blog with a couple friends, and I want to make about 5 bucks per day hopefully. I'm doing mediocre with traffic. I've peaked at 800 people a day. And normally I average around 100-150 page views a day.

Any ADVICE would be greatly appreciated.
