    I'm selling this website for just $25, and it's already making me some Adsense revenue. Although it's just a small amount, exploresiesta makes about $5-$8/mo with Adsense. The website is new and only been up for a few months now, but I don't have time or money to keep running it (I have too many websites).

    I was hoping to contact local businesses and have them pay to get featured on the site, which could be very profitable considering the fact that siesta key is the number one beach in FL - and some people believe its the best beach in the entire country.

    The website has a unique and custom WordPress theme, Logo and content.
