Floridadisneyholidays.com - site with revenue

I am considering selling floridadisneyholidays.com -

Domain is registered with 000domains.com - will transfer to new owner.
Site has earned adsense revenue of $478 in the 8 months since I put adsense on to it; I do promote it using ppc, but not heavily - the site is spidered by the bots, although Google's a tough nut to crack on this one.

Site currently at no1 on MSN for "Florida Disney Holidays" search -
http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=fl...Search&fr=FP-tab-web-t&toggle=1&cop=&ei=UTF-8 - puts me at No. 2. Go figure :O

Is this the kind of site which would sell? What kind of price should I be looking for?

I had thought that $700 would be fair as the income from the site is building (it was poor at the start.)

Margaret, I might be interested in buying this website from you.

Just a few questions:

How old is the website?

(If it's less than 12 mths old)
When did it get indexed by Google?

What number of unique visitors is the site receiving each week?
Can you prove adsense income?

makes me realise that, although the design could be improved
I'm less than enthusiastic about giving up a site for the equivalent of under 3 months' income.

I would think around $600 - $800 would be a fair price based on revenue. Good luck with the sale.

 

where is the traffic coming from and how many unique per day your site has.

I published my entire PPC costs in the image above - from 18th April this year to 24th November, I spent $55.97 - I don't use any other PPC for this site. Total revenue to date for the site is now $487
