To whom the site interests. Your best bet is to totally go nuts doing seo and bringing in traffic because their is profit to be made from the domain being keyword rich to a very high paying keyword search.

Why I'm selling
I have a "to do list" which is VERY long. There is so much on my list that I'm just looking to skim my full years work a bit. Originally I was going to setup this site then do seo to get some traffic and try to push a few dollars a day from it, but I have way too much on my plate. I've only gotten around to getting the site fully ready on the inside.
I'm not desperate to sell this site but I know that it'll just sit there for the next 3 months doing nothing judging from my huge list of stuff to do.
Lately I've been really selling off a lot of my lower end sites to make more free time to work on larger and more potential projects.

I realize that this isn't the most fair price towards the site sale market but its the best I can do after setting the site up and writing the 7 articles. I'm sure you'll get your investment back if you can bring in traffic.
