Float in/Fly In on Exit ad

    I am looking for code that will run on an HTML page that popups an ad when someone tries to leave the site.

    Basically want to give a paragraph of info and then ask if they are interested with a YES/NO response.


    I have seen some canned software for $50-$150, looking for some free code if it is out there.
