Float an image over revolution slider or vice versa?

    I have a curious issue I cant seem to figure out here http://ohadesign.co.il/

    So, basically.. I figured I would going to have to float his image over that somehow but was not sure if my logic was entirely flawed or not. When I wasn't looking the client stuck the image into revolution slider, which again I would not really think would work.

    However, when you start shrinking the browser window and approach mobile resolutions that stuff actually works. I need to sort out how to make it work at full screen resolution.

    I suspect I am just being stupid but I am frankly sorta stumped lol..
