Flixya & TheVideoSense = LEGAL?

    Hey guys.

    yesterday I was reading on this forum and found out about Flixya and TheVideoSense ..
    so let me get this right ...

    you "GRAB" any videos from youtube and post onto those two websites while using your own AdSense code to earn money from those videos.

    so .. are they LEGAL?
    what if the original video uploader finds out?

    and I guess another thing is ... are they WORKING?

    I dont really see how it would be illegal. Youtube provides the code to link to as well as embed it's videos; they wouldnt provide it if it wasnt allowed. As for putting adsense in the pages with the embeded videos, it's not against the TOS.

    but I was thinking maybe it's not such a good idea ...
    because ...

    after reading many posts about Click Fraud.
    I think if the original poster on youtube found out.
    he/she probably will do a click fraud to you as a "revenge".

    what do you guys think?
