The technology behind the site isn't usually the interesting point... it's the established domain & traffic that counts (many times). If you have some nice script / code / template / whatnot, then simply say that you are selling the code - and forget "site selling". That's fine too when you say it in public (so that people realise that you are selling the same code over and over). For example: arcade scripts are selling same content over and over. Some people are selling image packs over and over.
so, someone can give me tips of where can i get cheap sites do resell? i have tried turnkey sites but mostly of them dont has a unique design and thats bad.. thanks everybody who have posted here
A lot of top business people out there buy/sell quickly. They buy, and some just turn around and sell it without doing anything. Turnkey sites are fine, and in my opinion; create your own design for the turnkey site before you sell it. Don't just sell it right off after installation. Make it appealing for sales.
humm, nice,so if i buy a site, make a custom design its already ok or i should buy traffic too before sell it?
i used to make $xxxx a month rom buying websites on DP and going to sitepoint to sell them. Its very easy. I dont see a problem with it. Just dont lie about stuff.
