Backlinks is a good idea, as that can create organic traffic. I personally feel that if you use PPC methods you need to show that the money you spend is making you money, otherwise it's useless. If you show that you get 1,000 visitors per day costing $100, yet you only make $10 per day, then it's not a great model and the amount of traffic you get is not important. If, however, you can show that spending $1,000 on PCC rakes in $1,500 of sales, then it's something that someone else can simply take over and continue with. Having said that, if you had that as a business model, why would you sell it anyway??
