Hey - supply and demand, I recently sold a site on DP for like $40 and I thought it was worth only that much, and the next day, I saw my site on Site Point with a bid for $80 ... my feelings were hurt for a split second because I was thinking "oh, I should have posted it on Site Point, but the reality is that I didn't think the site was worth more than $40, so either way, it was a flippable site. Anyway, I think yes, middle market web brokers are a growing group and there are so many markets to sell sites now ... and I enjoy reflecting and reading about it ... :)
