The site is ok, nice and very substantial but u didn't have business with the site.

 

If I had $60,000 to invest, I would invest it in building a business that makes me $10,000+ per month, and not buying a site that generates $100 a month.

You really have 'flipped'

 

Why should we pay $60,000 or for a site making $50 a month? Buying this site would mean the new owner would never be in profit margin even after 2 years not unless the website get's exposure from all major T.V. networks.

Why would you ask this much money? Try asking on flippa.com for this bin price, you would get the same comments

I have a site i worked on for about a year, traffic is like 30 uniques a day, and about $10 a month earnings...wanna take it for $10,000?
