    I wouldn't doubt it. I'd estimate its valuation at low $xx,xxx undeveloped. It could get $40,000 and still be at market price. I don't think it'll get more than that though being a .net.

    IMO - Mid $x,xxx to mid $xx,xxx

    1) LLLL premium short domain * FLIP
    2) Keyword short domain * FLIP

    Only downside is the .net

    If it was .com I say it would be in the hundreds of thousands.

    dlatua - I'm pretty sure he owns it. There was an auction going on at NamePros (I *think* but i'm not sure if that's where it was) and someone won it, so i'm assuming it's his.
