Flight Risk - Username Color

With all of the scammers that join on this forum, especially for the money exchangers area, we need to take action. I know that it's not really the moderators responsibility to continuously monitor all our sales threads and such but we need to make sure it is a more safe environment to deal in.

I think there should be a color for the username (doesn't really matter what color) to notify members that they are a "flight risk". I know this is a weird term for it I guess and could be substituted with other things but just play along.

If a member receives a negative iTrader, he will receive a colored name (flight risk) for 14 days. This is where he is monitored more and may get banned. After 14 days if he is proven to be a responsible member here, he will go back to a normal color (the green color).

If a member is reported of attempting to scam other members then he will also receive this color.

This is just the basics of an idea I created and it can be editted a lot to meet perfections.

Anyone like this idea or have any other suggestions to add to it?

Simply put: practice safe transactions to reduce fraud yourself.

If in doubt, use Escrow.

He was, I saw him banned. Seems the ban has been reversed

 

When i posted my last post, he was banned. After that, I visit this thread and find him active . It could have been a short ban.

 

A short ban for now, possibly, but you can see he has quieted down. He was banned about 2 hours ago.

I got a ban which was like a 12 hour ban but it's reversed. This must be a joke...my bank reasoning:

he's been repping people using other members' names, myself included. sundaybrew reported him to the only person who can tell who gave what to whom.

 

Or in short for those wondering he pmed "shawn" aka digitalpoint username.
