    I am selling my webhosting site as i need capital for another project.

    The site is www.flexihost.net I paid $250 for the design and coding but it could do with a little work. The only marketing I did was with google adwords which braught in a few clients. There is currently 12 paying clients making the annual income $117.35.

    Traffic is not that good as their isnt much content for google to index but the site gets around 500 uniqes per mont just from type in traffic.

    The whole order process is automated using whmcs which costs $5 per month for a license.

    I am using a reseller account costing $20 per month at resellerzoom.com.

    If the site is cleaned up and promoted I think it has a lot of potential.

    You can accept payments with paypal.
